Very good hotel with comfortable beds and decent amenities
Le personnel de la réception est courtois et très accommodant. Ils m'ont permis de laisser mon quadriporteur sur place durant la fin de semaine vu que je revenais la semaine suivante ils ont aussi gardé nos bagages jusqu'à la fin du rendez-vous même si l'heure de sortie était déjà passée. Il y a un beau petit salon à côté de la réception. Il n'y a pas de chambre adaptée aux fauteuils roulants à proprement dire alors ils nous ont donné une chambre plus grande dans laquelle je pouvais entrer mon quadriporteur. Sauf la salle de bain. Cadre de porte trop petit. Donc pour y accéder, il est nécessaire de pouvoir faire quelques pas avec des béquilles ou appuyé sur les meubles. J'avais apporté mon propre banc de bain. Lits un peu haut mais confortable. J'ai du monter sur le plancher de mon quadriporteur pour y monter. Les produits dans la salle de bain sentent très bon. Système de chauffage un peu bruyant mais on s'habitue. Ascenseur. Hôtel près de tout et relié par une passerelle intérieure à l'hôtel Albert qui est sur la Principale en face d'un arrêt de bus. Le bus est gratuit. Dejeuner continental varié et machine à café avec plusieurs choix. Séjour très agréable. Je serais restée plus longtemps.
Lovely staff who were very accommodating and clean rooms! We loved the coffee machine! Beautiful breakfast too!
The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the evening when it was time to sleep, the hallways was very quiet. It was like if we were the only one in that section of the hotel. The bed was fine. On the hold I was happy with my stay there.
Had a great stay Thanksgiving weekend. Easy check in, comfortable bed and great breakfast included. Only complaint would be the bathroom, the tub and tiles could use an update.

Hotel as a while is ok. Carpet needs updating and it can use a fresh coat of paint. Rooms are clean , breakfast and gym are at the best western right beside the hotel. Location is good. Right in the middle of downtown. Would recommend it.
